I am an expat mutt. Swedish, Swiss, American, English… so lets say internationally raised Sommelier with a bartending background. After wine and spirits, people are my forte. As I leaned more into the industry I so love, I realized I could apply my passions to an aspect of the industry I hadn’t seen before. Which to me seemed a given, to develop and educate the market that I was bringing wines home to. AlldeSpirits is at this point in time operated by me alone, which only goes to show how eager I am to meet you.
A little about my professional experience
Alumni at Le Cordon Bleu, London where I studied Wine, Gastronomy and Management. My next step brought me to the infamous Grand Hotel in Stockholm. In which I took on a more active role in one of Stockholm’s staple cocktail bars, Cadierbaren.
Transposing the highest level of service and gastronomy to as many bars and restaurants as possible.
